Factory & Site Acceptance Testing
We provide full Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of its Modular Containerised Plantrooms.
We also FAT, SAT and Set to Work (STW) the wider connected HVAC System(s) as part of commissioning and site support.
Our digital technology allows all testing data to be stored for full quality traceability and provide a baseline for the system Life Time Quality Records (LTQR) and to be accessible for future service and maintenance.
We fully support and actively provide on site acceptance testing both EC&I and Mechanical, dry & wet.

- Laboratory/ Cleanroom/ Containment Airflow and Pressure Testing
- Ductwork Pressure & Leakage Testing
- System Airflow Testing
- Facility Balancing and Commissioning
- Chilled Water & LTHW Wet Testing
- Plantroom Testing including full MCP
DOP testing of HEPA filters is also provided using our specialist partner testing organisation.
